The REX120D renovation kit, specially designed for sheds and garden sheds, is the most effective solution for stripping large wooden surfaces on your garden shed or shed. Ideal for removing peeling paint, aging wood stain, or dirt from raw wood. This kit allows you to restore a clean and healthy surface, ready for long-lasting protection.
This kit is the perfect combination for restoring wooden surfaces that are often exposed to the elements. It allows you to remove old coatings, sand the wood, and prepare it for painting or staining.
Intensive stripping (paint and structural work):
To strip paint or very thick wood stain from flat surfaces, start with the 36-grit lamella brush (110917).
For deep cleaning of raw wood, roughing and removing stubborn dirt, use the green nylon bristle brush, 36 grit (110915).
Smoothing and intermediate preparation:
The 80-grit strip brush (110869) is perfect for the intermediate stage, removing any remaining paint residue and lightly smoothing the surface.
Pre-protection finishing (sanding):
The 120-grit synthetic fiber brush (110873) is used for finishing or sanding before applying a new stain or paint. It creates a uniform surface that ensures optimal adhesion of protective products.
The first essential step is to strip the wood to remove damaged coatings and dirt. This is where the REX120D renovation kit comes in handy for renovating a shed. Once the wood is bare, apply a protective product (wood stain or paint) suitable for outdoor use.
Stripping is done mechanically with the REX120D renovator and its abrasive brushes. Start with a coarse grain (36 lamellae or 36 nylon) and finish with a fine grain (120 synthetic fiber) to prepare the surfaces for finishing or protection.
The REX120D renovator replaces a conventional sander. It performs brush sanding, which is faster and more efficient on large surfaces.
