The Fartools SC 150F wall chaser:
Often referred to as a concrete wall chaser, the SC 150F is a power tool designed to cut channels or grooves in building materials such as concrete, stone, brick, or plaster.
The 1700-watt power of this Fartools wall chaser makes it particularly suitable for hard materials.
The SC 150F wall chaser allows you to cut channels for embedding electrical cables, pipes, conduits, or other elements in your walls, ceilings, or floors.
The cutting depth can be quickly adjusted from 10 to 40 mm using a dial.
The Fartools wall chaser offers 3 cutting widths: 14, 19, or 29 mm. Spacers are used to achieve these distances between the two diamond blades.
The machine is equipped with a soft start to ensure precise and safe operation.
The machine has a dust collector for connecting a vacuum cleaner with a clog removal system. The machine comes with two 150 mm diameter HQ diamond discs.
For added safety, the machine is equipped with a power indicator and automatic thermal protection to protect the motor in case of overload.
Perfect for electricians and plumbers alike, it is an essential tool in the workshop for renovation work when modifying or adding equipment, for example.
To make a perfect cut:
1- Start by placing the machine on the line you have drawn beforehand. Make sure you comply with all safety standards and rules relating to this action (personal protective equipment, electrical rules, etc.).
2- Place the machine in contact with your surface using only the rear of its base plate.
3- Start the machine and wait for it to reach full speed, then gradually tilt it forward so that the discs penetrate the surface to be grooved.
4- Once the base plate is flat on the surface, you can begin to pull the machine gradually and slowly backward, following your line.
5- All you have to do now is remove the material between the two parallel lines using a flat chisel and hammer or a perforator.
This grooving machine is used by pulling rather than pushing and has a wide parallel handle for greater comfort and precision.
