The VB 1200 Fartools vibrating needle:
It vibrates fresh concrete to level it and optimize its density, for example, to make it settle into formwork.
It also removes air from the concrete and makes it more compact.
Vibrating the concrete removes excess water and air to achieve a dense and much more resistant result.
The Fartools VB 1200 vibrating needle, also known as a pervibrator, torpedo, or vibrator, is a piece of construction equipment used for internal vibration of fresh concrete.
Combined with a flexible needle measuring 125 cm (included) or 200 cm (optional), the 1100 W motor of this concrete vibrator eliminates bubbles.
The 35 mm diameter of the needles ensures optimal performance. The VB 1200 can also be used to remove bubbles from plaster molds.
The Fartools VB 1200 concrete vibrator is perfect for:
• Formwork walls,
• Formwork,
• Pillars and gate thresholds,
• Footings, joists, etc. in heavy masonry.
When using on concrete slabs (terraces, balconies, etc.):
1- Remove air bubbles every 50 cm,
2- Quickly insert the needle, leaving it in the same place for 5 to 15 seconds,
3- Slowly remove the needle.
