Warranty
How long is the guarantee on my Fartools machine?

The commercial warranty on our Fartools products varies from 1 to 5 years, depending on the product category, from the date of purchase shown on your receipt or invoice.

 

  • Stationary machines come with a 5-year warranty, plus an extended warranty of up to 10 years for spare parts.
  • Hand-held power tools and vacuum cleaners (corded and cordless) come with a 3-year warranty.
  • Garden and Fartools One ranges come with a 2-year warranty.
  • Fartools X-fit batteries have a 1-year warranty.

If your machine is no longer under warranty, you can order spare parts or request a quotation from our After Sales Service.

What does the guarantee of my Fartools machine cover?

The guarantee covers breakdowns and malfunctions of your appliance in accordance with the intended purpose of the product and the information in the user manual.
Wear and tear and maintenance parts are not covered by the guarantee.
Breakages due to shocks, accessories and breakdowns due to a bad electrical or hydraulic supply are excluded from the guarantee.

What is the warranty period for an after-sales service repair?

Product under warranty
Your machine is under warranty, the initial warranty of your Fartools product is extended by the downtime of your tool.

Product out of warranty
Your out-of-warranty product has been repaired by Fartools after-sales service, the warranty period is 6 months for replaced parts. vacuum cleaner

What is the warranty period for Fartools spare parts?

The warranty period for spare parts sold by Fartools is 1 year.

We're sorry to hear that you have a problem with one of our products.
If your product is under guarantee, (CF to check the guarantee period) we invite you to send your request to the retailer, store or website, which sold you the product.
To do so, you must bring your machine and the proof of purchase (sales receipt or invoice) which must mention the date of purchase.

In case of purchase on the Internet, you must refer to the procedure of the merchant site in question.
If your machine is out of guarantee you can order your spare parts or ask for a quotation to the After Sales Service.

I miss something when I unpack, what should I do?

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing a problem with one of our products.
Despite all our vigilance, it may happen that a part or accessory is missing.
We invite you to address your request to the store or merchant site that sold you the product.
To do so, you must bring your machine and the proof of purchase (sales receipt or invoice) mentioning the date of purchase.
In case of purchase on the internet, you must refer to the procedure of the website in question.

If your machine is under guarantee (CF to check the duration of the guarantee), we invite you to send your request to the store or the commercial site which sold you the product.

How do I get the manual for my Fartools product?

You have lost your instruction manual. 

Don't panic, Fartools keeps all the instruction manuals in digital form and gives you access to them on its website. 

Please provide the 6-digit reference number and your serial number to request them here.

Where can I find spare parts for my Fartools machine?

You can order your original spare parts for your Fartools tool online directly from FARTOOLS or by contacting your reseller. 

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges vary according to the weight of the parcel and the delivery method chosen (point relais, home delivery or pick-up on site).

Delivery is free of charge for purchases of €150 or more, in a “point relais” for packages weighing less than 20 kg.

What are the estimated delivery times?

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination. We recommend that you consult the information provided by the carrier at the time of ordering for an estimate.

Is delivery possible abroad?

Delivery is possible outside mainland France.
Fartools offers delivery to other European countries, with specific shipping charges according to the geographical zone.

Are there any in-store pick-up or drop-off options?

Yes, Fartools offers the possibility of collecting orders directly on site, free of charge.

It is also possible to have your order delivered to a “point relais” with free shipping* (see conditions).

How can I track my order?

After shipping, a tracking number is provided by the shipper, allowing you to monitor the progress of the package in real time.

What should I do if there is a problem with the delivery (delay, damaged parcel, etc.)?

There are two possible scenarios:

  • If the package is visibly damaged (for example, if the product is broken): You should refuse the delivery directly with the carrier and notify us immediately.

  • If the package appears slightly damaged but there is no obvious issue with the contents: In this case, it is important to "place a reservation" with the carrier. This means noting any visible damage or concerns on the delivery receipt before signing, such as dents, tears, or signs of mishandling on the packaging. By making this note, you formally document that there may be an issue, allowing for easier follow-up if hidden damage is discovered later.

How can I benefit from free delivery?

Delivery is free for purchases of €150 or more, in a relay point for parcels weighing up to 20 kg.
