If your product is under guarantee, (CF to check the guarantee period) we invite you to send your request to the retailer, store or website, which sold you the product.
To do so, you must bring your machine and the proof of purchase (sales receipt or invoice) which must mention the date of purchase.

In case of purchase on the Internet, you must refer to the procedure of the merchant site in question.
If your machine is out of guarantee you can order your spare parts or ask for a quotation to the After Sales Service.
