The commercial warranty on our Fartools products varies from 1 to 5 years, depending on the product category, from the date of purchase shown on your receipt or invoice.

 

  • Stationary machines come with a 5 years warranty, plus an extended warranty of up to 10 years for spare parts.
  • Hand-held power tools and vacuum cleaners (corded and cordless) come with a 3 years warranty.
  • The Farelek range of ceiling fans come with 3 years warranty and 2 years for the rest of the products
  • Garden range come with a 2 years warranty.
  • Fartools ONE brand products have 2 years warranty
  • Fartools X-fit batteries have a 1 year warranty.

If your machine is no longer under warranty, you can order spare parts or request a quotation from our After Sales Service.

 

The commercial warranty is independent of the statutory warranty period for defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery. This statutory warranty is set at 2 years in the European Union, with the exception of Spain (*), Portugal and Sweden where it is extended to 3 years from the date of delivery.
